Welcome to the Office of the College Registrar

The Office of the College Registrar supports  prospective students, current students, lecturers, Alumni and general public, providing vital information reliably, efficiently and securely using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). We provides efficient and seamless services to college administrative departments, academic departments and the general public. We supervise the following activities:

  •  Conduct registration and admission of prospective students
  • Conduct course registration for current students
  • Maintain student academic records
  • Issue academic report cards and official transcripts
  • Verify enrolment and graduation
  • Issue certificates and college diplomas
  • Issue University of Zimbabwe and Gregorian Degree Certificates
  • Compile and Publish the annual Academic Programme and Calendar

ORDER OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS AND CERTIFICATES

The official Arrupe College transcript provides a comprehensive academic record that reflects all Arrupe coursework completed, degree awarded and the credit earned by examinations. It would not reflect the transferred credit from other universities or colleges.

Please note that transcript or certificate will not be released if the student has an outstanding financial obligation to the university or college.

Official Transcript can be ordered online through our website. It can be ordered in person or by phone call.

SCANNED PDF COPY OF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE

Arrupe College provides scanned PDF and Password protected copies of Official Transcripts or Certificates. The cost of the transcript is $30.00

DHL DELIVERY OF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE

We provide DHL delivery of copies of Official Transcripts or Certificates to any institutions. The cost of the transcript is $30.00. The one making the request will pay for the DHL cost, in general DHL from Zimbabwe to USA/CANADA is $35-40.00 and UK/Europe is $40-50.00. Please consult DHL Zimbabwe for official prices.

IN PERSON PICK-UP OF OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT OR CERTIFICATE

We provide in person pickup of official transcripts or certificates. However, we do not hand the certificate to a third party. For most religious congregations, the official transcripts or certificates can be given to the certified religious superiors. The office of the Registrar is located in the Administration Block, the first building on the right from the Main Entrance on 16 Link Road. See the receptionist for direction.


To order your transcript online,

  1. Register your name with all the details – create username and password for login.
  2. Login into our website with your username and password
  3. After you login, click on TRANSCRIPT & CERTIFICATES, fill the form to place your order.

You must register to order your transcript or certificate. Click on the link below to order.

Prospective Students

SHORT COURSES

SHORT COURSES: These are semester long courses (August- December for the August Semester and January – May for the January Semester).  They are usually in the areas philosophy, humanities, ethics, political science, international relations, information technology (ICT), spirituality, theology, education, psychology, mathematics, engineering and business administration among others. The offerings vary each semester. Click here for the list of courses

CERTIFICATES

The certificate programs include computer studies, languages, spirituality, education and philosophy. The basic computer studies are in Microsoft Office Suites, Essentials of Computer Networking and Web Design from the Department of ICT. There are also certificate programs in Ignatian Spirituality – Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius, and Spiritual Retreat Direction from the Department of Spirituality. And certificate programs in education from the Department of Education. These are equally offered within each semester of the academic year.

BA AND MASTERS DEGREES

The degree programs are in Philosophy and Humanities. For the Masters degree a student can specialise in a particular area of philosophy with the guidance of our world class professors. Please note that we are no longer able to offer a Diploma in philosophy and theology.

COURSE REGISTRATION

Students who are already enrolled in any Arrupe Course can register for courses as long as they meet the requirements for electives. If you are not sure what courses to enrol in please consult either the Academic Program or your  academic advisor or the Dean of Academics. One must be enrolled in a course in order to get the academic credit.  For assistance, contact the office of the Registrar
